Sprayer booms for applying fertilizer come in a variety of shapes and lengths. The combination of solid tables and modular fixture blocks joined together can be used to create virtually any worksurface length. When the long jobs are finished, the tables and blocks can be separated and used as smaller workstations in multiple welding cells.
Fixture Highlights
Two tables (5’ ‘x 10’) and (4’ x 8’) are joined together with 8’ beams
Both right and left hand spray booms can be built in this same fixture
Extension wings can also be built with this tooling
The fixture will keep the 10 meter boom straight within 0.5 mm
