Backhoe Support Frame
Building a complete weldment often requires multiple setups as in the case with this backhoe boom support.  The first fixture is designed to align the mounting holes for an accurate fit up onto the tractor.  The secondary fixture mates the stabilizer arm housing to the backhoe boom support from the first fixture.  The same set of tooling blocks from the 1st fixture can be reassembled to build the 2nd fixture.

Concrete Reinforcement Frames
Architects continue to new bring out new building designs which in turn requires contractors to adapt quickly to meet these new demands.  A versatile set of modular tooling allows concrete form manufacturers the ability to quickly produce any style of frame.  With over 1,300 precision locating bores in the 5-sided modular welding table, the possibilities are endless.

Boom Truck
As an alternative to a traditional square or rectangular 2-dimensional welding platen, a 3-dimensional modular fixturing base provides the foundation for a variety of different length and width telescoping booms.  Expandable in five directions by attaching modular angles, blocks and beams with stabilizing legs where needed, this base is the ideal solution for both prototype and production environments.

Loader Arms
Lifting arms for a wheeled loader are welded on a 3-dimensional 5’ x 10’ modular weld table.  The four machined sides of the table have the same hole pattern as the table top (100 x 100mm grid with 50mm offset bores) which provides locating positions for stop bars, edge stops, adjustable angles, outriggers, consoles, clamp bars, etc.

Rock Conveyor
Long weldments, like this 40’ truss for a rock conveyor frame require an accurate base to meet stringent quality parameters.  During the installation of the connectable u-form base blocks, a laser is used to establish an overall flatness to within 0.005”.  The fixturing system can be expanded further for longer truss sections by simply adding additional u-form blocks.
