Rock Conveyor Long weldments, like this 40’ truss for a rock conveyor frame require an accurate base to meet stringent quality parameters.  During the installation of the connectable u-form base blocks, a laser is used to establish an overall flatness to within 0.005”.  The fixturing system can be expanded further for longer truss sections by simply adding additional u-form blocks.
