Chemical Processing Plant Flange alignment on straight pipe, spools, elbows and other configurations is critical to guarantee proper fit up on in the field.  Universal flange alignment plates are available for a variety of different size diameter pipes (½”  – 24”) and classes (150lb, 300lb, 450lb, 600lb, 900lb).  A pair of dowel pins inserted into precision bores in the alignment plate provides correct clocking sequence for each flange.
