Rollover Fixture
Manual rollover fixtures incorporating modular fixturing blocks, clamps, locators and bolts can be made in a variety of lengths (1000 – 4000mm / 3 ½’ – 13’).  Swing diameters can be as large as 1,800mm (6’).  Counter weights can be added to balance the rotation.  But most importantly, our complete line of modular tooling components can be used for an unlimited number of applications.

Tilt and Rotate Positioner
The old adage “if you can dream it, we can build it” never rang more true.  This tilt and rotate hydraulic positioner has a specially designed 16-sided 3-Dimensional table mounted to a rotating face plate.  With extension blocks added, the overall diameter is over 12’.  Custom table sizes and positioner requirements can be built depending on the application.

Hydraulic Positioner
Large weldments are traditionally built on a flat table, often requiring the welder to crawl around the fixture to reach all the welds.  By incorporating a hydraulic positioner, the welder can still setup the fixture and load the parts on a flat surface, but then can tilt and / or rotate the workpiece into an ergonomic-friendly position for welding.

Rotary Turntable
Welders will love the versatility of a tilting and rotating positioner to gain full access on every weld joint.  When the table is reset to its home position, the fixture can be used as a conventional modular setup for tacking.  After the part is tacked, the locators can be slid away and the entire fixture can be tilted up and rotated 360 °to completely weld out in a single setup.

Scissors Lift
A safe and ergonomic method of adjusting the height of a fixture to match a welder’s comfort zone is to use a scissor lift to raise or lower the table as needed.  Though we offer our own line of scissor lifts specifically made to interface with our modular welding tables, we are able to assist customers in fitting our tables to their own brand of lift tables.
