Robot with Dual Worktables
A pedestal mounted robot sits between two modular welding tables anchored to the floor. The fixturing on the near table is designed in such a way to elevate the workpiece above the table surface in order to weld out the part completely. The far table (behind the robot) has a fixture built with the parts resting directly on the table surface. Either case is acceptable as the tables are hardened to protect from spatter. |
