Robot with Rotary Positioner
An integrated positioner with a modular fixturing baseplate attached to the face significantly improves the robot’s welding ability versus a flat, fixed table fixture. The modular plate has the same precision hole pattern as our tables allowing the welder to share tooling blocks and clamps between both the manual welding cells and the robot. Plates can be made any size and shape to fit any positioner application. |
