Fume Hood Press brakes do an excellent job forming sheetmetal into partial boxes, but the fixture is where the final assembly process is needed to produce a dimensionally accurate part.   Users of our modular fixturing system for welding have come to trust the fixturing for its high accuracy and repeatability.  If a sheetmetal part doesn’t fit properly into the fixture, the press brake operator can then make adjustments.
