Push Cart Prototype departments benefit from using a flexible modular fixturing system to enable them to test the latest designs with minimal delays.  Once a design is completed and delivered to the shop, a fixture can be built in a matter of hours.   The modular fixture is just as rugged and durable as a hard tool, but has the added benefit of being quick to adjust when the designers sent out a new revision to the shop.

Fixture Highlights

• Bottom and side frames are built as sub assemblies on the same table

• Larger carts can be built in this same fixture with just a few modifications

• By releasing clamps and sliding two angles back, part is easily removed

• Before loading another part in the fixture, the angles are slid back in place
