Golf Cart
Next generation golf carts are designed and built using our standard off-the-shelf modular tooling systems. A new welding jig can be designed and ready to use in a matter of hours unlike a dedicated fixture which usually requires a few weeks to prepare. A properly designed modular fixture will also be able to accommodate a large number of vehicle chassis with minimal downtime. |

Fire Truck
A number of emergency vehicle manufacturers use our tooling to build everything from doors and ladders to cabs and chassis. The flexibility of our work benches offers an unlimited variety of applications for welding. Rather than using a solid 16’ x 10’ table, the smaller 5’ x 10’ weld table with outriggers allows easier access for the welders. |

Motorcycle Frame
Motorcycle manufacturers from the largest companies, to the specialty custom shops (i.e. Jesse James) down to the home hobbyists have benefited from flexibility and accuracy our system offers. Prototype departments especially enjoy the quick fit up to test out their latest designs. |

NASCAR Chassis
A NASCAR chassis setup on a rail fixture allows design changes to be handled with minimal time and effort. Every feature of a chassis from a front clip, a rear clip, a roll cage, etc. can be welded using our precision modular tooling. The rails in the floor (length made to order) allow for even more versatility as they can be spaced apart at any distance. |

Go Cart
Modular fixturing speeds up the time from the drawing board to the racetrack. Prototype and production versions of this go cart frame are built using a standard set of modular tooling components. The fixture is accurate enough to be used as a checking gauge while loading parts (if the individual pieces don’t fit in the fixture, they are sent back for rework). |
