Utility ATV
All Terrain Vehicle manufacturers have optimized their tooling methods by switching to modular fixturing. Some companies who originally purchased a system for their prototype area learned the tooling adapts very well to higher volumes. Systems that were installed over a decade ago are still being used on a daily basis in both manual and robotic welding applications today. |

Forklift Rollover Protection System
Even simple frames like this rollover protection system for a forklift need an accurate welding jig to ensure proper fit up. The four tall angles supporting the posts of the ROPS frame can later be used as outriggers off the table’s sides to extend the work surface. The angles are also designed to be stackable as shown here with a small angle bolted to the top of each large angle. |

Bus Frame
Large fixtures, like this 30’ stainless steel bus frame, can be built by attaching multiple tables and U-Form blocks together to create a worktable of any size. The U-Form blocks can also be mounted vertically to achieve heights as tall as 13’. Every hole in the system is the same size allowing users an unlimited combination of fixturing possibilities. |

Mini Baja Chassis
Colleges and universities who compete in the mini Baja competitions often turn to Bluco for help in fixture designs. Our engineers enjoy working with students to teach them the fundamentals in fixture design (and of course to get a ride in one of their Baja racers!). Students who work with our tooling in school often call us after graduation asking for names of local companies who use our tooling systems. |

Mountain Bike Frame
Prototype departments for high end mountain bike manufacturers can benefit from having a modular fixturing system which allows for accurate prove-out of new frame designs. One modular tooling set can be configured for an unlimited number of bike chassis frames. Systems can be purchased or leased for long term needs or rented for short term requirements. |
