With the volume of fixturing projects we receive on a regular basis, we have a project management system in place to ensure your request won’t get lost in the shuffle.  After a customer submits drawings to us (typically through our file upload link), an automatic questionnaire is sent out asking for details about your specific application.  We then log your project into our database and an engineer is assigned to work on it.

Though we have a questionnaire in hand (assuming you fill it out and return it to us), we still like to contact our customers to go over the details before we start the fixture designs.  Turn around time from when we first get the drawings until the customer gets his final proposal can be as fast as a few hours depending on the urgency of the request.  In a few cases, we were able to finalize a fixture design, quote the package and have the equipment packed up ready for delivery all in the same day.  Typical turn around time is 7 – 10 business days unless other time requirements are discussed.
