This
heavy-duty frame made from I-beams would
have hung over both ends of the table if it were not
for the easy task of bolting angles off each end.
These "extensions" take less than a minute to
bolt on, yet remain flat and square to the table.
Overall flatness and squareness is under 0.004"!
Simple
weldments like this support frame for a
swimming pool can present a challenge in keeping
the parts flat. Fortunately the Demmeler welding
tables have a regular pattern of holes over the entire
surface. The welder can simply put clamps where they are
needed. Each clamp generates up to 300 pounds of clamping
force.
