Aligning
the bolt hole patterns in flange plates is
now a snap with "flange adapter plates".
Simply put two dowel pins into the adapter
plate and then slip the flange over them.
By moving the dowel pins to different holes,
a single adapter plate can locate ½"
to 8", 150lb ASA flanges. Other plates
are also available for 300lb, 600lb, larger
diameters and custom flanges.
Long
piping assemblies are just as easy to fixture as
short ones. Adjustable V-blocks bring the centerline
of the pipe to the centerline of the flange. Set
the flange adapter plates in place for flange alignment
and you're ready to weld. Your parts will come out
of the fixture with the same accuracies, every time.
Use
the accuracy of the Demmeler welding tables to build your
complex piping applications in the shop and not in the
field. This assembly uses three flange adapter plates
to hold the three flanges in relation to one another.
